Beat the Summer Heat at Nagsasa Beach
After weeks of planning, our out-of-town getaway has finally put into reality! Miko, Anne and I spent overnight in the beautiful place of Nagsasa, located in Zambales last May 12-13, 2013. Since we want to make the most out of our time, we decided to hike the Mountain of Bira Bira going to Nagsasa Beach Cove. We left our hometown at around 1am and reached Victory Liner Caloocan Terminal at exactly 2am. We were 2 hours earlier for our schedule but we don’t really mind waiting. :)
(PS. I would like to thank Victory Liner twitter account for updating and for helping us out. Follow them on twitter, click Here.)

At 4:30 am. Mga wala pang tulog! Hahaha.

After almost 4 hours of travel and since budgeted traveler kami, kain lang sa carideria ang peg. hahaha. And the hike is about to begin! Ngiting fresh pa! Lol. :))

Don’t you love the view? Ang ganda lang talaga ng Pilipinas!

Oh gosh, it’s so bigat! I’m carrying 10 kilos at my back!

We finally reached the top after 3 hours! Such an achievement!

Ngiting tagumpay!

Travelling. More fun in the Philippines!

Tree hugger? lol. From this location, it took us 2- 2 1/2 hours to get to The Beach Place at Nagsasa Beach Cove. Believe me, that 2.5 hours was never easy. Lahat ng uhaw, pagod, gutom, sugat, naramdaman ko! But it’s all worth it!

After 30 minutes to 1 hour of resting, nakabawi na din ng energy! Lublob naman sa dagat! Like what I’ve said to my fb post, this is the best beach place for me by far! Why? Punta kayo para malaman nyo! :)

Ms. Elaine of The Beach Place was the one who accommodate us. She was the overall in charge of our tour. So, thank you! <3

Fun is definitely 100% Free!

Time to cook for our dinner!

Breathtaking sunset view

Teary eyed moments! Di pala madaling mag-ihaw pag walang ilaw. :))

There are no electricity, no network coverage, and no internet connection in the area. Salamat na lang sa flash ng camera. Lol. :))
After having few shots of Bailey’s, I started to feel a little bit tired. We slept at around 11pm (I slept in the kubo while Miko and Anne slept inside the tent.) Few hours after, rain poured really hard, that forced me to join the two. Imagine sleeping inside a tent, tapos may mga buhangin, meron din anggi ng ulan, may maingay na kapit bahay, at masikip at baku bakong higaan. Hirap no? But we survived! God is Good talaga e!

And woke up seeing this! Oh di ba, there is sunshine after the rain! :)

Enjoy our photo ops! :)

And we have to bid farewell to this scenic view of Nagsasa. Such a nice place to relax and enjoy! Hindi sya crowded at walang masyadong ingay.

Going back to Manila! :)
